All of the studies, book or topical, found here, are done with research with mainly two things: The KING JAMES BIBLE and a plain old, 1828 Webster's Dictionary. Why? Outside of actually studying secular and Jewish history, archaeology, one needs nothing more. Just the first chapter, verse by verse alone is a large group oof studies, each word, each verse, another doctrine. From start to finish, Genesis to Revelation, you can search the Scripture for how God spoke to mankind, about Jesus Christ in His Glory, His Authority and Sovereignty, His Person in the Godhead, the Trinity, a study on angels, one study on His Creative Power, etc. All exhaustive studies, never ending. Every chapter study can be made into an entire book study in and of itself. In fact and in truth, to this day, God speaks through His chosen nation Israel through fulfillments of promises of land, starting with the calling of Abram (later Abraham) in Genesis 12:2, giving them it back after they were conquered so many times, Jerusalem destroyed in 70 AD, returning in our times (1948-1967, 1973, to today) a tiny portion of which they now dwell in, and through their wars with the enemies of God, the entire world turning against them, being the focus. It must always be remembered that this tiny nation is the only one that has ever been destroyed, scattered, taken into captivitiy to not only return but do so many times. No other nation has done this. God was, is and always will be on their side, despite all opposition.

God spoke to Israel and all mankind in the Old Testament, at different times and in different ways

The first false prophet was the serpent in the Garden of Eden, the second false prophetess was Eve (Genesis 1:1-2)
The next was Noah, a preacher of righteousness who preached of the judgment of the Flood for 120 years, with only seven others, his own direct family, as saved believers
We go on from there to Moses, Samuel, Nathan, David, Elijah, Elisha, Daniel, Ezekiel, Isaiah, right through to the end, one after the other, up to Malachi
That is only the Old Testament, then in the New Testament as well, through men, through events, through animals, inanimate objects, by directly speaking

"These last days" is the last 2,000 years, starting with the Dawn of the LORD Jesus Christ on earth
Now we are definitely in the last of the last days, with Israel back in the land, Jerusalem as its capital, now a cup or trembling, the world after her as a nation, wanting to destroy her, in concert
New Testament prophets are the LORD Jesus Christ, (spoken to us by His Son) then any apostle (i.e. Peter, Paul) who wrote any future prophecies, on to the Revelation of Jesus Christ, recorded by John

Man was created in God's image, (soul, body, spirit), Jesus was sent as all three, plus miracles, prophecies about Him fulfilled by Him, by His enemies, etc, power to save us through His Blood, being uniquely the God Man
No one else, no angels, can hold the universe together, the atoms, the molecules, the sun, moon and stars, in their courses, the people, all of creation
A definition of "EXPRESS" also is that He was "Intended or sent for a particular purpose, or on a particular errand; as, to send a messenger express."-to save us all from sin
We were made in the image of God (body, soul, spirit, emotion, intellect, etc.) in Genesis 1, as male and female both, one from the other. Jesus was made, as in put into Mary, a virgin's womb, with God's Glory, as an express image, not just an image or likeness, meaning a copy of Himself in the flesh, unlike the first couple, an exact, clear, plain, perfect representation-the same everything, placed into His Body, with Blood to shed for us and our sins and our salvation
This entire book, plus the context of the whole of Scripture, teaches us EXPRESSLY how Jesus Christ is no ordinary person, no ordinary man, but is supernatural
EXPRESS', a. Plain; clear; expressed; direct not ambiguous. We are informed in express terms or words. The terms of the contract are express.
Given in direct terms; not implied or left to inference. This is the express covenant or agreement. We have his express consent. We have an express law on the subject. Express warranty; express malice.

Intended or sent for a particular purpose, or on a particular errand; as, to send a messenger express.

No angel had the power of God like Jesus did as God Himself
"So much better"...no comparison.
You cannot obtain a more excellent Name than the LORD Jesus Christ, the Crucified One, which explains the hatred the word has ffor even hearing that Name. You can say God, Jehovah, "Buddha", "Krishna", "Yahweh", "Lord Matreya", or "Mother" Nature, but not Jesus
This can not be said of any angel, from Michael to Gabriel to any other, and even they worship Jesus Christ
This does not make Jesus Christ "made" (created); it means He, in His Flesh, was still better than the angels, higher.
Jesus was sent from Heaven to live in a fleshly body like us, humbling Himself for us, to live and die for us, to save us from sin

Who is the "He" speaking? God!
The implied answer here is "None. No angels, ever"
The angels are sons of God like we are, only powerful heavenly beings, created, while we are created as earthly, fleshly beings until we enter heaven with our glorified bodies, like angels, but slightly different I suppose. They can manifest themselves in the flesh for a time when sent, but they are not "MY Son", as in The Son of God, as in God the Son, a person in the Trinity
Only God the Son can come as God to earth as a man and die on the Cross for our sins. No fleshly person can, nor can angels
THE Son of God is well known today and was well known in the ancient Jewish culture to be a title of a God man, not "a son of God" like us believers
This would have been and should have been known from Isaiah 9:6, as a start, with much support throughout the Word of God
Begotten.........no one else, no person, no angel was begotten by God like this but Jesus Christ
Jesus had no earthly father, as His mother was a virgin and Joseph had never known her until after jesu was born-they were betrothed
So begotten here has to mean God sent Jesus to earth, and Jesus said so

"Unto US" is referring to Israel, in the context
He will be "born a child", God coming to earth
He will rule over the earth, forever, in the Millennial Kingdom with a rod of iron (Psalm 2:5-9)
The title of this child? "The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
It cannot refer to any angel, any purely earthly king, Israel or any other nation that ever existed, or anyone else, but God Himself, as the God-man

Why would the Jews care what Pilate wrote since Jesus was about to die as it was? Because it was not just that He said it, but they did not like that he proved it through everything He was and did,

Angels do not worship firstborn children, babes in swaddling clothes in a manger, UNLESS!! They know it is He Who Created them
Jesus did not worship angels, and angels know enough to not worship other angels, and people are fool enough to worship angels, but angels do not wosship people
Jesus was worshiped at His birth by them, not even as an adult yet

One cannot conclude that the Word of God does not tewach Jesus Christ is God come in the flesh
Knowing that this is an exact description of Jesus, with hundreds of fulfilled prophecies to prove it, one cannot honestly deny that truth, either
