Perusing the two letters Paul wrote to them, it is obvious that they were apostate and backslidden.

The wisdom of the world will die; the wisdom of God is forever, like His Word and words (Psalm 12:6,7/1 Peter 1:24, 25/Isaiah 40: 7,8)
The knowledge of God will always be there, for us personally by being with Him in Heaven, for the lost in a wasted life remembered in hell, knowing they chose it in rejection of God.
The riches of this world will. stay here when we die, as the lost die (Hebrews 9:27), but ours will be eternal in Heaven; the lost's will burn
TRUE ENRICHMENT VS. THE CONTRARY

The only confirmation we are saved is our living testimony, not just our vocal one. This means an actual life change, not an empty claim, not an altar call.
This happens during the discipling process after one is saved, and is the testimony of Christ in us.

Whatever is our given spiritual gift, we need to use it for God's glory, to serve the body

This testimony of our salvation is our outward witness of the inward change promised by God, Who is faithful.
In Paul's writings of the epistles, he lists the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our LORD here, plus the fellowship of the ministering to the saints, the fellowship of the mystery of Christ, the church age,
the fellowship of His sufferings
We are called to this fellowship, by a God Who did what He said He did, does what He says He does, will do what He says He will do.
Many are called, few are chosen...because, for this world, the Gospel is too narrow. All have always been called, few have always chosen to believe God

The mainstream "Church" has rejected the King of Kings for a Jesus they invented, who they can boss around, tell that they demand this and that, riches, health, that they are self=proclaimed "apostles"

Paul baptized none but two. Strange how many Christians think we need to baptize everyone, once, twice, to make them righteous
Crispus was the chief ruler of the synagogue when he got saved and baptized by Paul

The reason that Paul did not baptize some was to avoid any controversy that he was doing it to have his own followers, in his own name, his own sect-even if only by appearance
Knowing him, anyone making the above claim would be a false accuser
No one baptizes in their own name, not even John the Baptist, but rather in the name of Jesus Christ, whose death, burial and resurrection it represents
Why is that? Because no one else died for our sins, was buried and rose again to save us, certainly not John the Baptist or Paul the apostle-they will tell you so!
Anyone who does does anything is named as the one actually who does it, and anyone who does something can also do something in someone else's name.
(Matthew 21:25 [KJV]) The baptism of John, whence was it? from heaven, or of men? And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say unto us, Why did ye not then believe him?

If one were baptizing people in their own name to start their own sect, their own cvult their own "church", they would keep a record so they would have a quick, quippy comeback when someone challenged them
Stephanas was in chapter 16 called out for his work, support of Paul's ministry, helping start it, working on the firstfruits of it
It must be noted that Paul baptized the entire household of Stephanas, so his family, close acquaintances, perhaps household servants, got saved.

If baptism were a requirement for salvation, Christ would have never sent Paul to preach the Gospel, without also baptizing everyone as a requirement

Man who rejects God won't even acknowl;dge that the sourcve of his mind and knowledge all comes from God. Utter pride and arrogance at its finest

Worldly wisdom does not get one to know God. It gets one to know the world, which is perishing and cannot save itself

God was pleased using what man calls foolish to save some, who the world calls fools for Christ

The opposite of this is false. The Greeks did not require a sign and the Jews did not seek wisdom from God.
The world always loves to say, "they are soooooo smart", "what a scholar!" "what an intellect!", even in the churches, even if the person lacks godly wisdom.
As long as they have that Master's degree, that PhD, they are just revered.
But with God, the JEws always wanted a sign from Him top prove things were from Him

God's interest in the Garden prophecy of the salvation of mankind was about all of mankind, not a group

The Gentiles were originally to go to Israel to hear about God. Israel was called to be a light to the Gentiles to bring them to God.
Israel was to become the nation through Whom the Messiah came, to be a light to the Gentiles.
Therefore, to God, a soul is a soul. It was so in Adam and Eves' day, it was when Jesus came to earth, and is today and into the future, forever.
God saves souls, Jewish and Gentile, not particular cultures, not a particular people group, not particular ethnicities, not people of a particular continent, not a particular people of a particular language, not a particular religious people-SOULS
God saves darkened, lightless, soaked in blood, sin riddled, sin soaked, evil filled, cold hearted, lost, dying SOULS

The only confirmation we are saved is our living testimony, not just our vocal one. This means an actual life change, not an empty claim, not an altar call.
This happens during the discipling process after one is saved, and is the testimony of Christ in us.

Whatever is our given spiritual gift, we need to use it for God's glory, to serve the body

A bribe; any thing given to corrupt the judgment. Neither take a gift; for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise. Deu 16.

God [is] faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
This testimony of our salvation is our outward witness of the inward change promised by God, Who is faithful.
In Paul's writings of the epistles, he lists the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our LORD here, plus the fellowship of the ministering to the saints, the fellowship of the mystery of Christ, the church age,
the fellowship of His sufferings
We are called to this fellowship, by a God Who did what He said He did, does what He says He does, will do what He says He will do.
Many are called, few are chosen...because, for this world, the Gospel is too narrow. All have always been called, few have always chosen to believe God

Paul baptized none but two. Strange how many Christians think we need to baptize everyone, once, twice, to make them righteous
Crispus was the chief ruler of the synagogue when he got saved and baptized by Paul

The reason that Paul did not baptize some was to avoid any controversy that he was doing it to have his own followers, in his own name, his own sect-even if only by appearance
Knowing him, anyone making the above claim would be a false accuser
No one baptizes in their own name, not even John the Baptist, but rather in the name of Jesus Christ, whose death, burial and resurrection it represents
Why is that? Because no one else died for our sins, was buried and rose again to save us, certainly not John the Baptist or Paul the apostle-they will tell you so!
Anyone who does does anything is named as the one actually who does it, and anyone who does something can also do something in someone else's name.

If one were baptizing people in their own name to start their own sect, their own cvult their own "church", they would keep a record so they would have a quick, quippy comeback when someone challenged them
Stephanas was in chapter 16 called out for his work, support of Paul's ministry, helping start it, working on the firstfruits of it
It must be noted that Paul baptized the entire household of Stephanas, so his family, close acquaintances, perhaps household servants, got saved.

If baptism were a requirement for salvation, Christ would have never sent Paul to preach the Gospel, without also baptizing everyone as a requirement

Compared to the wisdom of God, man's arrogant knowledge is laughable, dumb, foolish-he knows nothing
Man who rejects God won't even acknowl;dge that the sourcve of his mind and knowledge all comes from God. Utter pride and arrogance at its finest

Worldly wisdom does not get one to know God. It gets one to know the world, which is perishing and cannot save itself
As much as the world thinks of preaching the Gospel as foolishness, nonetheless it saves from hell, for eternity
God was pleased using what man calls foolish to save some, who the world calls fools for Christ

For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
The opposite of this is false. The Greeks did not require a sign and the Jews did not seek wisdom from God.
The world always loves to say, "they are soooooo smart", "what a scholar!" "what an intellect!", even in the churches, even if the person lacks godly wisdom.
As long as they have that Master's degree, that PhD, they are just revered.
But with God, the JEws always wanted a sign from Him top prove things were from Him

God's interest in the Garden prophecy of the salvation of mankind was about all of mankind, not a group
The Jews were and are and will be, as a nation, God's chosen people, since the calling of Abraham in Genesis Chapter 12, no doubt.
The Gentiles were originally to go to Israel to hear about God. Israel was called to be a light to the Gentiles to bring them to God.
Israel was to become the nation through Whom the Messiah came, to be a light to the Gentiles.
Therefore, to God, a soul is a soul. It was so in Adam and Eves' day, it was when Jesus came to earth, and is today and into the future, forever.
God saves souls, Jewish and Gentile, not particular cultures, not a particular people group, not particular ethnicities, not people of a particular continent, not a particular people of a particular language, not a particular religious people-SOULS
God saves darkened, lightless, soaked in blood, sin riddled, sin soaked, evil filled, cold hearted, lost, dying SOULS
