Revelation Chapter 18

(Revelation 18:1)
And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.
  • This is an angel from the throne, obviously
    • Great power
    • Brightness to light up the earth
  • Obviously going to do some heavy lifting
(Revelation 18:2)
And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
  • There is lots to eat and fight over in terms of scraps for Babylon now, and she is not so greaat
  • The victory over her by her enemy must have been sweet
  • Perhaps the devils possessing people have now been released?
(Matthew 8:28-32)
And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time? And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.
So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine. And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.

(Matthew 12:43-45)
When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.

(Revelation 18:3)
For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
  • There is not one place where she has not had her influence felt on earth
  • Wine-intoxication
  • Wrath-God's anger released upon her
  • Fornication-spiritual idolatry, mystery religions, cults, deceit, lies
  • Money galore, in the trillions, gold and precious things everywhere
(Revelation 18:4)
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
  • This call goes out today to all involved with her
(Revelation 18:5)
For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
  • When God is so high, yet her sins reach His nostrils, finally, He has finally run out of patience for her.
  • This is the end of her and will visit her iniquities on her in return
(Revelation 18:6)
Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.

  • If it is double, how much wrath, vengeance is that, anyways?
  • She holds the cup in her hands, filled with sin
(Revelation 18:7)
How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
  • Between the opulence and the arrogance, she has only interested in her own power and glory; this is obvious
  • There is no poverty in the Vatican, just the Catholic countries she runs
  • She sees no sorrow, not that there is no sorrow
  • "Let them eat cake", said Marie Antoinette
(Jeremiah 7:18)
The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods, that they may provoke me to anger.

(Jeremiah 44:17)
But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem: for then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil.

(Jeremiah 44:18)
But since we left off to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been consumed by the sword and by the famine.

(Jeremiah 44:19)
And when we burned incense to the queen of heaven, and poured out drink offerings unto her, did we make her cakes to worship her, and pour out drink offerings unto her, without our men?

(Jeremiah 44:25)
Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saying; Ye and your wives have both spoken with your mouths, and fulfilled with your hand, saying, We will surely perform our vows that we have vowed, to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her: ye will surely accomplish your vows, and surely perform your vows.

"SEE NO SORROW"

The phrase commonly attributed to Marie Antoinette. For other uses, see Let them eat cake (disambiguation). The phrase is commonly misattributed to Marie Antoinette "Let them eat cake"upon learning that the peasants had no bread. This is the traditional translation to English of the French phrase "Qu'ils mangent de la brioche", supposedly spoken by "a great princess"
Since brioche was enriched with butter and eggs, as opposed to ordinary bread, the quote supposedly would reflect the princess's obliviousness to the condition of the people.

(Revelation 18:8)
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
  • When God moves His Hand to the left or right, then sudden destruction comes
  • The same is as in the Rapture and the rest of the Tribulation
  • Just when everything was going so good, when "what is the worst that can happen?"
  • When "Nothing can stop this now, not even God Himself!" (Titanic)
  • If famine comes, she also must be a food source for billions

(1 Thessalonians 5:3)
For when they shall say, Peace and safety;then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

(Isaiah 21:9)
And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men, with a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground.

(Revelation 18:9)
And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,
  • Their days are coming to a close soon also, but now it is time for them to see her destruction
(Revelation 18:10)
Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.
  • They are far away, watching remotely, witnessing the destruction with their eyes on perhaps TV or the Internet
  • "For fear of her torment", meaning they do not want to have this happen to themselves, but cannot stop it happening to her
  • One hour later, she is gone forever, as judgment has finally come
(Revelation 18:11)
And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:
  • Her demise is their financial ruin as well
(Revelation 18:12-13)
The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble, And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.
  • This is all big money-until you get to the souls of men!
  • Metal, gems, stones, wood, delicate foods, basic foods, expensive animals, ointments, scents, lumber, rare animal parts (ivory tusks)
  • The Vatican Billions by Avro Manhattan (October 1983) outlines much of this wealth

THYINE
Thyine wood-Tetraclinis articulata, Callitris quadrivalvis, Thuja articulata
15th century English name for a wood, the tree known as "fragrant wood"
The name of this wood is derived from the Greek word thuon, or thuein, “to sacrifice”, because it was used in burnt offerings and sacrifices, because of its citrus fragrance.
Another wood derived from the thyine was called citrus or citron wood, by the Romans.
This was very valuable, and used for making furniture by the Greeks and Romans.
Thyine wood is mentioned in the King James Version of the Bible at Rev. 18:12 as being among the articles which would cease to be purchased when Babylon fell.
The resin of the thyiine wood is used as the basis for making euparal, a mounting medium used on microscope slides

(Mark 8:36-38)
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

(Revelation 18:14)
And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.
  • Done, finished, forever gone, as a lesson to those who trusted in her, trusted in riches
(Mark 10:24-25)
And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God! It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

(Revelation 18:15)
The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,
  • Once you are done, no one wants to be a witness to your destruction when they need to use you
(Revelation 18:16)
And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!
  • This is a hint of which city also, combined with seven hills, it contains the colors of the R.C.C.
(Revelation 18:17)
For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,
  • No reason to go into port if you cannot unload and/or sell your goods.
(Revelation 18:18)
And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

(Revelation 18:19)
And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.
  • James 5:1-8
(James 5:1)
Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten. Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.
Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

(Revelation 18:20)
Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.
  • The only way an angel could suggest rejoicing over the complete destruction of a city is because of its utter wickedness, built up over millenia, in its fullness
(Revelation 18:21)
And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
  • Once a rock is thrown into the ocean, it is there forever, unless someone dives down to get it, which is not about to ever happen
(Revelation 18:22)
And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
  • All of the fanfare of the music used to glorify herself, in the name of God, is now silent forever
  • How great a noise pollution this must have been in God's ears!
(Revelation 18:23)
And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.
  • "Christianity" and "Good, traditional, old-fashioned Religion" is finally defeated, revealed, exposed as satanic sorcery from the pit of hell
(Revelation 18:24)
And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.
  • This is the reality, the real riches and the real fruit of Mystery Babylon, hidden and obscured for millenia
Isaiah 10:33 [(KJV)]
Behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, shall lop the bough with terror: and the high ones of stature shall be hewn down, and the haughty shall be humbled.

Matthew 7:15-23 (KJV)
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
